Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted October 16, 2023 between 2:50pm and 4:15pm. There were 11 children present with three (3) caregivers supervising. The children were observed sleeping, diapering and toileting procedures, hand washing, eating snack, and playing with age-appropriate toys and materials. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, evacuation drill logs, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child, household member and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. There was no medication on sight at the time of the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
