Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted. Two children were present with the caregiver for seven points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed the children in free play, handwashing before lunch and eating lunch on the deck. The children ate pasta with meat sauce, fruit and milk. No medication is reported to be on-site. Reviewed 2 caregiver records, two children's records, emergency preparation, physical space, diapering area and training. The Provider has well over the required 16.0 hours of annual training as she has obtained 44.0 hours in training for the past licensure year. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
