1. Caregiver #3's (doh: 1/20/2022) last tuberculosis screening on file at the time of the inspection was dated 9/22/2021.
2. Household Member #1's last tuberculosis screening on file at the time of the inspection was dated 9/22/2021.Plan of Correction: They scheduled their TB screening and have received results now.
