Discussed with provider: the LLC listed on the application is currently not active with the Virginia SCC. I cannot submit your application for renewal until the LCC is current with the state.

An unannounced renewal visit was conducted today.
Currently, there are no children enrolled.
2 caregiver records were reviewed today. Both were complete.
Two cat vaccinations were reviewed. Both are current.
The provider has completed 20+ hours of training this year.
First aid and CPR certifications, first aid supplies, posted documents, emergency supplies and fridge/freezer temperatures are all in compliance.
