A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/11/2023. There were 9 children, ages 9 months- 3 years, totaling 23 points, one caregiver and one household member present during the inspection. Two inspectors arrived for the inspection at approximately 10:15 am and departed at approximately 11:40 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
