Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:00 and departed at 11:15 AM to conduct an initial health and safety inspection in conjunction with a voluntary registration monitoring. There are currently no children enrolled in this home. Records for the provider and other household members were reviewed.
- Violations:

Standard #: 63.2-1721.1-B-2 Description: Based on review of household records, it was determined that the vendor did not ensure that all staff submitted to fingerprinting as required.
Evidence:
Household members #1, #2 and #3 did not have completed fingerprints on file.Plan of Correction: Provider was given instructions to obtain fingerprints. Provider will ensure that all persons in household obtain fingerprint checks.
