An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 20, 2024, from 2:01pm to 3:29pm with the provider and one assistant. There were five children, ages 18 months, 2, 3, 3 and 3 years old, were in the care of two caregiver for a total of 11 points. The children were observed sleeping on resting mats during nap time. Three children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent emergency evacuation practice drill was documented as 2/6/2024. The most recent shelter-in-placed was documented as 2/6/2024. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/3/2024.
