Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted on November 28, 2023 to follow up on previous violations. The family day home was issued a Notice of Intent to Revoke License on January 25, 2024. There were 7 children (totaling 15 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 1 staff's record, 1 child's record, and evacuation drills were inspected. Children were observed participating in tummy time, resting and outdoor play. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for the children in care. Standard #:	8VAC20-800-830-A
Description:	Based on review of the emergency response drills record, the provider did not conduct monlty emergency escape drills. Evidence: 1. Provider did not have documentation of emergnecy escape drills practiced in the month of January 2024.
Plan of Correction:	staff #3 and #4 had 4.5 hours ore or training. I sent the certificates by email. they also are participating in a class now finished on 2/28/24 at 9 pm they will have 8 more hours. I will send the ceritification that soon taht the teacher send me them.
Standard #:	8VAC20-800-50-A
Description:	Based on a review of the written attendance record, the provider did not ensure all children were includeded on the written attendance record. Evidence: 1. On February 24, 2024, three out of the nine children were in attendance during the inpsection. The three children were not documented on the attenance record on this day. 3. The three children arrived at the family day home approximatley 8:30 am.
