A monitoring inspection was conducted on November 28, 2023 to follow up on previous violations. The family day home was issued a Notice of Intent to Revoke License on January 25, 2024. There were 7 children (totaling 15 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 1 staff's record, 1 child's record, and evacuation drills were inspected. Children were observed participating in tummy time, resting and outdoor play. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for the children in care.

Evidence:
1. On February 24, 2024, three out of the nine children were in attendance during the inpsection.
The three children were not documented on the attenance record on this day.
