An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 4/4/2024. The home is currently on a provisional license. The inspector was on site from approximately 8:05 am to 8:50 am. There were seven (7) children in care, ranging in age from 20 months to six (6) years, with two (2) caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, physical environment and equipment, care of children, emergencies, and caregiver training. Four (4) caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
