A scheduled modification inspection to ensure compliance with Subsidy Health and Safety requirements was conducted on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from approximately 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. The provider was requesting a modification due to relocation to a new residence. The licensing inspector completed an inspection of the entire home with the assistance of the provider. The provider?s home consisted of two bedrooms and bathrooms, living room, kitchen and eating area. There were no children in care during the inspection. The childcare areas were filled with supplies and toys for the children.
During the inspection, the licensing inspector reviewed the following: emergency supplies including first aid kit, battery operated weather radio, flash light, emergency plan and map and required postings. The provider stated medications are not being administered at this time. During the inspection two children's and one provider?s records were reviewed. No violations were cited.
