The following topics were discussed with the Provider:
* Renewal application must be uploaded to the online portal prior to the expiration date of the license.
* Fireplace inspection must be completed.
* Provider must update corporation status in the SCC website.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 04/15/2024 between the hours of approximately 9:15 am to 10:00 am. There were 4 children present with the Provider. Children were observed while playing with toys, working 1-on-1 with the Provider reviewing numbers, reading syllables, and transitioning to play in the backyard.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and the Provider's record were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
