Inspector reviewed the requirements for posting the monthly menu, emergency numbers, most recent typed inspection, emergency back-up information. Inspector also discussed the education and experience needed for providers and assistants.
- Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/19/2024 at approximately 8:25am and concluded on 3/19/2024 at approximately 9:15am . There were a total of 8 children (19 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, breakfast time, bathroom breaks, hand washing, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
