This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 4/13/21, at which time the vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection.
The vendor reported there were three children in care and two children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector has previously reviewed all children?s records and provider records are on file
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for
Child Care programs.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
