Comments:

An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was completed on July 11, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Adoption Services located at 3812 Sandalwood Court, Fairfax, Virginia 22031. There have been no new families approved since the last monitoring inspection on January 29, 2019. Currently the agency is not working with any new birth mothers. During this inspection, two personnel records were reviewed. Standards in Part II Organization and Administration and in Part IV Program Statement were reviewed with the Executive Director. There were no citations for violations of the Standards for Child Placing Agencies. The Executive Director was available for the inspection and for the exit interview at the end of the inspection. An Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed by the Executive Director on the date of the inspection.
