Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A complaint inspection was initiated on 06/14/2021 and concluded on 07/01/2021. A complaint incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of Provider Homes and Children Services. The Quality Manager/Clinical Supervisor was contacted by email to conduct the investigation. The inspector emailed the Quality Manager/Clinical Supervisor a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 provider home record submitted by the agency to ensure documentation was complete. The evidence gathered during the investigation determined did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
