Type of inspection: Monitoring Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 6/7/2023 from 1:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Licensing Inspector met with the Program Manager and the Quality Assurance staff during the entrance and concluded an exit with both. Number of approved provider homes: (35) Number of children in care: (29) Number of children?s records reviewed: (4) (Face Sheets, Social Histories, Intake Assessments, ISP, and Comprehensive ISPs were reviewed.) Number of provider home records reviewed: (3). Background Checks Number of staff records reviewed: (0). Observations by licensing inspector: posting of the license and inspection documents was observed. An exit meeting was conducted on 6/7/2023. There were no major changes made to the policies or procedures since the last inspection. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined (0) violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
