An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 5/11/2023 from 10:50 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. An entrance conference and preliminary findings review were completed and an Acknowledgment of Inspection form was left with the facility. Number of children in care: 6 Number of children?s records reviewed: 2 Number of staff records reviewed: 4 The building and grounds were inspected. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
