An announced focused inspection was conducted on September 5, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to approximately 1:30 p.m. following the facility?s submission of a request for the Department to modify the license to add a new building and increase capacity. During the inspection, the following activities transpired: the newly constructed home was toured to assess compliance with the requirements for the residential environment regulations. No violations of the Standards for Licensed Children?s Residential Facilities were found.
The Director of Quality Assurance was available during the inspection to answer questions. An exit meeting was held with the Director of Quality Assurance prior to the Licensing Specialist?s departure.
