A Subsidy Health and Safety was conducted on 01/13/2020 from 2:45 P.M.-4:30 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection there was one child in care with the provider upon arrival, an additional four children came in afterschool for a total of five points. Six children records, one provider, evacuation drills, first aid kits, annual training hours, chimney inspection, and posted required information was reviewed. The licensing inspector observed children during naptime, waking up from naptime, arrival from afterschool, handwashing, snack time, free play, and departure. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
If you have any questions or concerns contact the licensing inspector at (540)-430-9257 for further assistance.
