Discussed reviewing physicals for completion, labeling milk and AV for the stairs (430).

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 12, 2023. There were 2 staff and 12 children present ( 29 points). Children were observed dancing, singing and freely playing. Two children records and 2 caregiver record were reviewed on this date. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, diapering ,nutrition, children and caregiver records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
Information gathered during the inspection determined area of non-compliance. Areas of
non-complaince is noted on the violation notice.
