This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/19/21 and concluded on 2/22/21. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were four children present with the provider. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed two children?s records, the provider's record, one household member's record, and pet records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
If you have questions regarding this inspection you may contact the Licensing Inspector, Laura Brindle, at laura.brindle@dss.virginia.gov or 540-905-2062.
