An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/8/23 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm with the provider. There were four children in care, ranging in age from seven-months to four-years-old, for a total of 10 points. Children were observed reading books and having free play, then cleaning up to go outside. Four child records, the provider record, and four household member records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. One medication and authorization form were reviewed and the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed. Required postings were observed.
