A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/28/2022 with the provider. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined one violation with subsidy regulations and it is documented on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-190-B-12 Description: Based on review of documentation, it was determined that the provider did not obtain documentation of a written care plan for any child with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic, the steps to be taken in the even of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction. Evidence: Child #1, has a diagnosed food allergy to egg, peanut and walnut and there was no allergy care plan on record. Plan of Correction: Not available online.
