Technical Assistance:
Reminder to conducted 1 practice lockdown annually.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on April 26, 2024, beginning at 10:40 a.m. and ending at 11:31 a.m. with the provider. There were two four-year-old children in the care of one caregiver for a total of 4 points. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys, coloring, and playing with Play-Doh. Two children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and one household member?s records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. Annual training hours were reviewed and in compliance. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 4/15/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 6/27/2023.
