Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A
Description: Based on record review and interview the center did not provide the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report.
Evidence:
1. The fire inspection documentation was dated 11/17/2020.
2. Staff confirmed there was no updated fire inspection available during the inspection.

Plan of Correction: Staff will request an annual fire inspection.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-530-A
Description: Based on record review and interview it was determined the center did not have at least one staff with current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as appropriate to the age of the children in care from an organization such as the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Safety and Health Institute, or National Safety Council.
Evidence:
1. Both staff members present during the inspection did not have current CPR certification. The CPR certification documentation available was dated 8/11/2018.
2. Staff stated that they were unable to attend the training previously scheduled for 8/28/21.
