This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/18/2020 and concluded on 05/22/2020. The program director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children in care during the inspection; the facility is closed due to the pandemic. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 2 staff records during the inspection to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
