Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today from 11:47am to 12:58pm. There were 61 (Infants to School-Agers) directly supervised by 12 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 0 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating lunch, reading books, participating in circle time and interacting with caregivers. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
