The Inspectors and provider discussed new model forms, and the provider made copies of them for future use.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/3/2022 and concluded on 11/3/2022. Upon arrival at 10:50 a.m. there were a total of seven (7) children under the care of two (2) staff present. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three (3) children?s records and three (3) household/staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
