A monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/15/2024 from 11:56 am to 1:50 pm. Sevene children, ages three months to four years (total of 20 points) were in care with two caregivers. The Licensing Inspector reviewed four children?s records, two provider records, two household member records, and other program records. The children were observed finishing snack and napping.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
