An unannounced "Code of Virginia Section 63.2-1716" compliance monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/25/2023 and 12:05pm. 16 children, ages 3-5, were under the care and supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed playing outside. Center documents, 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
