An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today.
Three children were in care.
The children were playing with cars and play doh, coloring and eating a snack.
You reported that you have ordered a new crib, but do not have any infants in care.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-260-E Description: Based on a tour of the home, the facility failed to ensure that there is no standing water.
Evidence:
1. In the back yard outside the downstairs play area, there is a pink plastic swimming pool which contains 4-5 inches of water.Plan of Correction: The provider will empty the pool immediately.
