Comments:
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today at approximately 1:00pm. There were 4 children (12 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home ,3 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Per provider, there were no medications on site today. Children were observed resting. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-A
Description: Based on Review of Child records there was not documentation that the all children's records are up to date.

Evidence: During inspection Child A did not have documentation to show the information given was up to date.

Plan of Correction: This child comes on and off. I will get the information from parents.
