Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:20am-12:15pm. There were 13 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 staff. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 2 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed exercising, singing, eating and during handwashing procedures. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance identified during this inspection. The exit interview was conducted with the director. Description: Based on observation, the center did not provide the licensing representative with an annual fire inspection.

Evidence:
The fire inspection on file was conducted 11/30/2020 and expired 11/2021.

Plan of Correction: Staff will contact the main office to request a new fire inspection.
