An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on November 2, 2023 in response to a complaint received on 10/25/2023 regarding capacity.
Attendance records were reviewed and interviews with caregivers were conducted. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, complaint is determined to be not valid.
