The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) assumed oversight of child care licensing and monitoring on July 1, 2021. All associated regulations and codes have transferred over from the Virginia Department of Social Services. The violations listed below reflect the new VDOE codes and standards.

An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 4 children (12 points) with one caregiver present. 4 child records and 5 household member records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances.
Bathroom supplies, fridge temperature, emergency evacuation drills and posted documents were all in compliance. The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed to the provider.
