This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on May 20, 2020 and concluded on May 20, 2020. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 6 children present and 2 staff for a total of 16 points. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The Provider does not have children with food allergies enrolled at this time but does have MAT certification. The Provider also practices Lockdown drills more than once a year.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations.
