An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 7 children present (16 points) with 2 caregivers. The children were resting during the inspection.
3 child and 7 caregiver and household member records were reviewed.
Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, fridge temperature, and crib/cot spacing were all in compliance.

Evidence:
The freezer temperature registered 13 degrees F on the thermometer in the freezer.Plan of Correction: I will adjust and monitor temperature.
