A toddler has recently moved into the providers home. The provider was reminded that per their zoning administration agreement, any child that is not the providers child will count towards the maximum capacity of 7 children.
- Comments:

A complaint was received in the licensing office on 7/25/2023 regarding the provider exceeding the approved capacity. On 8/7/2023 and 8/9/2023 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
