An in-person mandated renewal inspection was conducted on January 4, 2023. There were 3 children (8 pts) in care with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed playing with blocks and dolls. An infant was observed being spoon fed a meal. A total of 3 child records, 1staff record and 1 household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
