A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on July 13, 2023 from 11:15am-11:45am. There were 4 children in care including the provider's own child (8 points) with 1 staff supervising. The children were observed doing puzzles, asking for markers and paper then drawing and coloring on paper. The provider spoke to the children in both Spanish and English. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
