The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed a monitoring inspection on 10/11/2022. The inspector was on site from 2:20pm until 3:40pm.
There were eighteen children under the care of two staff. The ages of the children ranged from five to ten years old. The children were observed during outside time, homework time and snack time. Three children?s record and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-C Description: Based on record review, the center failed to ensure each staff member has a documented TB test or screening every two years.
Evidence: Staff #1 was working day of inspection with an expired Tb test or screening. Staff #1 last TB screening was dated 09/11/2020.Plan of Correction: Staff will get a new test or screening completed.
