Surveys Required to get Certificates at the Conclusion of Knowledge Center Courses

If you have completed a course in the knowledge center and are being asked to complete a survey to get your certificate, you will need to e-mail kristina.wilhite@dss.virginia.gov for assistance. These surveys no longer exist and are therefore no longer required. We are in the process of systematically removing these links to allow you to move forward with getting your certificate, but some of our coures still have this requirement.
