The Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) at the Virginia Department of Social Services will begin providing noncustodial parents with a statement of their child support account(s) beginning October, 2007. These statements will be issued monthly on the due date of their child support obligation(s). In addition to the balance due, it will reflect the due date, amount due, and payments made during the previous 30-day period.
If you have questions about your statement, or if you have other questions about child support, contact DCSE at 1-800-468-8894, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm.
