Your fire inspection is current, however it will be more than a year old before your license is due to expire. Please email or fax a copy of the new fire inspection to the Licensing Office once the new annual inspection has been completed.

Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/16/19. At the time of entrance 64 participants were present with 16 center staff including the Director. This exceeds the required ratio of one staff per six participants. The sample size consisted of eight participant records and eleven staff records including the review of original criminal background checks on all new hires since the last inspection. Participant interviews were not conduct as participants do not speak English and no interpreter was provided. Participants were observed eating and engaging in activities including morning exercise, traditional Korean and Chinese games, pool, and current events. Medications are not administered at this facility. No violations were issued and exit interview held.
