An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/5/19 by 1 licensing inspector from approximately 11:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The current census reported is 24 participants. During the inspection, a tour of the center was conducted, a review of 6 participant and 3 staff records were reviewed, facility documentation was reviewed, meal and activity calendars were reviewed, observation of lunch meal and activities, first aid kit supplies were reviewed and medication storage was checked. All new personnel records were reviewed since the last inspection for criminal history record reports and all were in compliance. An exit meeting was held with the center's director. No violations were cited during this inspection.
