Two licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced mandated renewal inspection at Generations Adult Day Care on 08/19/2019. The inspection started at 12:40 pm and concluded at 2:51 pm. The center reported there are 53 participants enrolled with 25 participants attending and 6 staff providing care and service on the day of the inspection. A sample of participant and staff records were reviewed, the building was observed, and interaction between staff and participants was observed. An exit meeting was conducted with the center director and other key staff on 08/19/2019. As a result of this inspection no violations are being cited.
