Two licensing inspectors conducted a one day unannounced mandated monitoring licensing inspection at Giles Adult Day Services on 09/25/2019. The monitoring inspection began at 9:50 am and concluded at 10:50 am. The licensing inspectors observed the building, staff records, lunch, participant records, and participant and staff interaction. The center has 15 participants enrolled with 7 present during this monitoring inspection and 3 staff present. An exit meeting was held with the administrator's designee of the facility.
