Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on September 24, 2019, from 1:14 p.m. to 3:02 p.m. for Central Adult Day Care Center. Upon arrival the licensing representative met with the new adult day care director and the licensee during the entrance conference. The adult day care center reported the census as twenty five residents in care and five direct care staff members on duty. The record review encompassed eight participant records and three staff records. After the record review, the licensee and owner of the adult day care center toured the building with the licensing representative. No violations were cited during this monitoring inspection.
