An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/5/2019. At the time of entrance 24 participants were present with six staff including the Director. This exceeds the required ratio of one staff per six participants. The sample size consisted of four participant records and four staff records. No new staff have been hired since previous inspection. Spoke with participants, and observed them engaging in activities including .pets-on-wheels, searching for November puzzle, Art mobile, and ping pong bounce . No medications were administered during the inspection. No violations were issued and exit interview held.
